All patient lab information can be recorded in either the SOAP note or the dashboard Lab's tile. Create lab orders or enter lab results. High values are shown in red, and low values in blue. Smart automation color-codes these values, making it easy to identify a critical result that may need attention.

Like Vitals, ChiroSpring uses a color-coded system to notify you if a value is high or low. Red indicates the value is high, while blue indicates the value is low. This makes it incredibly easy for the provider to instantly know which labs may need special attention.

Lab information can be entered inside the SOAP Note or directly in the patient dashboard using the Labs Tile. If entered inside the SOAP Note, there is a “View Lab History” button allowing the provider quick access to all of the patient’s lab information.
