ChiroSpring offers the ability to record patient immunizations, should the need arise. Hundreds of immunizations come pre-loaded into the software, making the addition of immunization information a breeze. Create your own immunizations as well, using the Immunizations App in Settings.
Entered inside the SOAP Note
Immunizations can be entered inside the SOAP Note or directly in the patient dashboard using the Immunizations Tile. When entered inside the SOAP Note, there is a “View Immunization History” button available, allowing the provider quick access to all of the patient’s immunization information.
